1. Abyssinian Cat

Abyssinian cats are affectionately known as Abys. They have warm coats like those of cougars, which have alternate light and dark bands of color. The Abyssinians are affectionate and loyal cats that are known for their curiosity, playfulness and their need to explore. They mix well with children and other pets.  They love to participate in the activities taking place around them and grab things that interest them. They are highly intelligent, inquisitive and love to jump and climb. They love to play with toys as pets and will curl up next to you on the couch or in bed.

2. Turkish Van Cat

The Turkish Van is a rare breed that has developed in Central and Southeast Asia. They mostly inhabited Iran, Iraq, Russia, and Turkey. The beautiful Turkish Van has a perfect white body and coloured markings on the head. Another striking feature is its long, plumed tail. This feline has powerful hind legs and they love to jump and explore hard-to-reach spaces in all corners of your house as a pet. These cats are sweet and loving and enjoy curling up on the lap of their owners.

3. Scottish Fold Cat

This is another special variety of cat, with a dense and soft fur coat. This is a domestic breed of cat Its name is derived from the unique folded lop-ears that this cat breed has. The ear folds can be a loose, single fold, or they may be double and triple folds, closer to the head. This often gives these cats an owl-like appearance. The Scottish Fold cat has a round face, round eyes, and around the body. They come in a full range of colors and patterns, including solid, tabby and more. The Scottish Fold is known to be friendly and calm, cat.  They enjoy interacting with their owners and love to play games and with toys. We all know Siamese cats. They are renowned Asian cat breeds, who are considered to be sacred in Thailand. They have a distinct colour- their ears, feet, and tails are darker than their body, which can range from brown to chocolate colour. They have stunning blue eyes, which are almond-shaped. Siamese Cats are incredibly social and intelligent. They also play well with other cats, dogs, and children. They love curling up on their owner’s lap or snuggling up next to them. This is a domestic cat breed which is the result of cross-breeding between the Siamese and Burmese cats. They share many lively, playful personality traits and have a unique coat pattern in a variety of colors. These cats are muscular and active and enjoy playing and climbing. The Tonk is a lap cat that prefers playmates, including children, other cats, and cat-friendly dogs. A Tonkinese cat is born white and becomes darker in colour as she ages. It takes years for these cats to develop their full, rich colors.

One of the smart types of felines in the world, American Shorthairs are a diverse breed, popular all over the world. These cats come in an array of colors and patterns, most common of them being the Silver Tabby. These Shorthair cats have a stocky, muscular build.
